I was reading Health At Every Size by Linda Bacon and towards the end of the book she has a scale from 1-10 in which she wants you to write down what feelings you associate with differing levels of fullness. (Like 1 - not thinking about food, 5- stomach growling, 10- starving.)
I am on a journey to listen to my body and stop eating when full most of the time. However as I have come to learn. I don't really know what full is because I have usually always ate until I am stuffed or stopped when I was still hungry.
So I was just wondering, what does full feel like for you? What signals/ things your body does/ feelings do you have when you are perfectly, happily full?
What does full feel like to you?
