Last night I completed day 13 of FBsweat which was the scheduled recovery day workout and OH MY GOSH it was amazing, I had the best sleep!
Most nights I find it difficult to turn off my brain (especially the night before a uni exam where I literally write essays in my dream) and always toss in turn and have to get up in the middle of the night. BUT it was a whole different story last night, I had great dreams, sleep all the way through and I felt so rested in the morning. I’ll leave a link to the workout here because I believe everyone should know about this hidden gem.
