I just finished day five of the two week Bored Easily Challenge. Between a heavy workload, stress, and planning for workouts to film, I am running a bit behind but that’s OK. I will finish it before the end of the month so I’m ready for the next challenge 😁
Today’s workout was intense! Those long HIIT intervals kicked my butt in the best way. HIIT just feels different after you’ve missed out on it for a few years. All throughout I feel part elation, part frustration, and a lot of gratitude. I thought I would share my post-workout feel goods but if you need a little dose of Loki, look for the grabs from my timelapse in the comments below.
