Lacking motivation after prioritizing some other things
I've been pretty consistent with a schedule of working out with FB and lovely outdoor walks and bike rides for over a year. I've done a couple programs and really love the structure of them.
Then came October and we took a road trip for a change of scenery from working from home, but I slacked on my workout routine while away, focusing more on exploring the parks and towns (safely!) while there.
Been back at home for almost a month now, but I've had little motivation to do my workouts. I've scheduled programs, made it a couple days in and then missed a bunch so I cancelled the rest. Scheduled another program thinking maybe I just wasn't feeling the first one, and about a week in and I've missed a bunch of days.
I'm still trying to get out for at least a short walk in the morning because I really want to move, but I'm just not getting back into my previous schedule nor my previous level of motivation and engagement.
Any similar experiences? How did you get back into the swing of things?
