Daily Check-in: Tuesday, November 10th

Hey Blenders! How are you doing and feeling on this morning/afternoon/evening? ..Ready (or not) for the day? Tell us how it's going, from workouts to food to life things and feels in general. We're here to listen through it all!

I'm going to kick things off with a workout from Fit2; a real upper body burner that made an appearance in the program earlier. This one always delivers the soreness, so I'll be prepared for that! I know a certain current workout buddy of mine that loves this workout, so I'll be embracing her Kimthusiasm for this workout to get it done! ..And to be your favorite broken record, I'll play you a classic HIIT; Don't be afraid to modify and just enjoy! No sense in disliking your workouts. So for the chorus; Make. It. Work. For. YOU.

And what of your meals? Dinner is something along the lines of chicken. Keeping it vague, but also keeping it real. Kinda been not so real on my food choices as of late and I'm feeling it. But that's okay; I'll play you the next song here on repeat and remind you, as well as myself, that there is no such thing as a mistake when it comes to food. Food is good and fuels us to do all kinds of stuff. Food is full variety and plenty of choices, but picking (mostly) a series of healthy whole real foods is where it's at. The unhealthy stuff is okay from time to time and maybe even needed to satisfy that craving. Just focus on better choices and move on.

Okay, that's enough from chatty rambly me today. Picture today is of my hand. Because you want to see my hand right? Maybe giving you a wave, or maybe practice your palm reading skills? ..Or just see that my hand is a size reference to this seed pod from a Trumpet Vine that's to the right of yours truly's hand. Trumpet vines (or Trumpet Creepers) make big orange flowers, and when they are all done, make big giant seed pods. Pretty neat.
