Hi all! I have not been very active on the communitypage the last few weeks, things are just busy and I feel I have no time to actively participate now. Still working out though and hoping you are all safe and healthy.
I finished the FB beginner challenge beginning of last week. I did most of the higher level workouts, or the ones I had not done before. I am not going to do a program now, my PT has given me exercises for my shoulder. The exercises take me roughly 20 minutes to complete, so I have been doing those after a short FB video. I'll continue doing that this week.
Good news: more mobility, less pain. So I have been given the okay to try the easy boulders. So happy! I might give it a go tomorrow.
Other then that I have been walking to work on thursday and saturday, walked to my mother in law yesterday. We've had beautiful fall weather the last week, so it was nice. No long walk today, I walked to my PT, then to the shops, walked back with 12 kg of groceries..
