I am wanting to start exercising more on the morning compared to on a night time - by morning I mean starting my workout around 5.30AM / 6.00AM.
I’m coming to here for advice because a lot of what I’m seeing online is basically telling me to do cardio on a morning but avoid strength training. I do understand this to an extent but I would rather get it done on the morning so I know it’s done for the day.
Can anyone here who does Cardio, HIIT and Strength Training on a morning give me some advice / tips on how they start their morning to get a good work out in and to fuel their workout?
