Not a fan of Brussels Sprouts? Think again!

I just made this for lunch. I'm not a big fan of Brussel Sprouts but decided to give it a try (again).

I added a red bell pepper for the color and a bit of sweetness. It's crunchy and delicious! I served it with some pasta and Arrabbiatta sauce and canned tuna.
