My first time posting a workout complete check-in! :D
This is such an awesome workout! I haven't tried box jumps in a while, so I used an aerobics step bench instead (also because I am very short!). It turned out to be a little too low, so I modified the exercise harder by staying in a squat all the time and also jumping rather than stepping back down.
I wish I had lifted just a little heavier during the second half of the workout, I didn't quite get to that lovely wobbly feeling, haha. Super sweaty though! Also, does anyone else take it as a bit of a challenge when Daniel and Kelli tell you what weight they are using? :D I was so pleased with myself for lifting 35 kg for the deadlifts when Daniel was doing about 45, haha!
Nice start to the weekend and I can't wait to start FB Strong on Monday!
