I have been seeing a PT once a week this month because of a impignment in my shoulder. I was not able to follow BE like I planned to, but I did the fundamentals challenge and am doing the beginner challenge now. I also did yoga, went walking and swam on my trip.
Do what is possible, make adjustments, keep moving.
