So, I was just reading an article that said tricep kickbacks are not a particularly beneficial exercise for the triceps because you “can’t lift the amount of weight you need to make an impact while also keeping good form”. They suggested a far better alternative was skull crushers. Just wondering what people’s thoughts were really. I don’t often do skull crushers but wondering about incorporating them a bit more into my UB routines
