I found this recipe and I tried it— it was so easy and delicious and you get a good amount of protein per serving ! When I put it into MyFitnessPal I got ~500 Calories ~35 g of protein (1 of 4 servings) .
No fake meat or tofu just beans and legumes . I know eating plant based and getting protein can be a struggle for some people!
