I’m going to buy some ankle/wrist weights. I’ll mainly use these for pilates and if at some point I need to up my powerblock dumbbells and max out I’ll add them to my wrists. May also add them to wrists for kickboxing. I love how versatile they are!
I’ve seen some I like but can’t decide between 1kg per ankle or 1.5kg. I know you can get adjustable ones but I prefer the look of these as they’re less bulky (they do 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2kg versions). What weights do you tend to use/find enough for a bit extra in pilates, kickboxing etc?
