My First Day Back....lacking Motivation

It’s my first day back since before Covid and I’m really lacking motivation. I normally like strength training programs best but I currently have golfer’s elbow so I started Booty. I really struggled with it. The 40 minute program took me an hour and a half to finish because I’m so out of shape.

I’m really trying to convince myself to keep going with the program. I have never been a person that gets that so called ‘high’ from exercise even when I was at my fittest. I used to run long distances and was pretty good at it but even then it wasn’t something I really looked forward to. Maybe walking daily is enough....I don’t know. I’m lacking motivation in this crazy world we live in today.
