Workouts: Day 18 LI R2, upper body strength workout. Again one of my favorites, although today I feel slightly under the weather with bodyache. So let's see I might reduce my weights for this, or swap for stretching 🙃
How about you? How's your day shaping up? What workouts? Or other activities have you planned? And alrighty, what's happening in food?
