Whatever your week looks like, you got this! Ours is busy, but we're taking care of ourselves. Today's snack! 🥑🍳 We love avocado, egg and ham together on toasted wholemeal bread for a quick go to snack. What are your go to snacks?
Speaking of nutrition, we noticed that we've been getting hungrier as we have more muscle now. We've been making sure to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, making sure to eat more if we feel our snack wasn't enough. You have to eat enough when you are working hard!! Our sign when we haven't eaten enough (apart from being hungry) is we get a little bloated. Our routine has given us abs all day every day and it feels good to eat well.
Currently doing FB 30 Round 4 and finishing next week already! Who else is loving these 30 minutes, "fun" workouts. A huge thank you to Kelli and Daniel for these. They couldn't have come at a better time. We all get busy and its great to see that we can still consistently push after a long day and give that time to ourselves.
