Hello and happy #WildflowerWednesday, Blenders! There's a Blazing Star right in your eye path today. It's one of the more striking Fall bloomers with its column of many tiny flowers that add up to a mass of vivid purple. Today's pic highlights more of those individual flowers as we focus on the smaller picture. The one where every flower plays a part to add up to something collectively grand, but each little bit beautiful on their own. A reminder and twisted analogy that this community reflects that in a way how each of us add up to make this place its own blazing star.
So how are we doing? From workouts to food to NSVs and little bits of every day life; tell us about it if you so wish! We love to hear from you and support and cheer on your every day endeavours.
As far as workouts go, I'm on day 17 of Fit2 and it looks to be another total body strength and HIIT via a string of videos. I'm hoping a series of short videos make the workout fly right by! But how about you? Any crazy combos or sweet sweat? Good luck where ever you are on the movement map, FB Fam!
And you know we gotta have our foods! So what's chewing on? Today is a bit of a mystery. I might already go for leftovers as we grilled a lot of food! ..Fix up a leafy salad on the side and I'm on my way to a quick and delicious meal! And if your food wasn't completely on point, that's alright. No need to always hit the bullseye. Just trying and getting close can be enough.
