Weekly motivation

Hello everyone, hope you are all doing well. Its been a while since we have checked in and said hello. We miss fb family.

Boy had this year gone so quickly! Our business has been super busy over the last few months (we never thought our last post would be until now).

We're so proud to have stuck to our workouts and clean eating. There were days where we missed a session or two and that is okay. Just get back into it when you can!

One thing that has really suprised us is how well our bodies maintained regardless of not doing workouts some days. Simply being happy, healthy and eating wholesome food is enough! We stayed positive too (cut any self negative talk) and enjoyed some stretches in the sun during our breaks. 😁

Really want to share this motivation with ya'll. Take each day as it comes and listen to your body. A happy, healthy you will always be far better than anything!
