Does anyone know if Bored Easily is heavier on Cardio/HIT or heavier on Strength/Toning? I like strength/toning best. I do have to modify to make things low impact. With that in mind, any opinions about this program? (Just for reference, we have done FBLI R1 & R2, Strong, and Blend...liked them all).
