For all who love combinations of peanut butter and bananas.
I found it in Slovak website and I will try to translate it for you. It would be a pity to not share the recipe.
Today I made this cake and let me say: It is delicious!
1cup= 250g
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup dates or raisin (or combination)
1 -2 soup spoon water (I gave a little bit more almond milk.)
2 bananas
Icing:
7 dates
2 soup spoons peanut butter
150 grams cream cheese ( I combined it with Greek yoghurt.)
1. Mix almonds with oat flakes together. Add dates or raisins and mix them until ingredients are united. you can add water or almond (or other) milk, if dough is crumbly.
2.Stuff dough into cake mould.
3 Give cut or mashed bananas (I combined them with juniper) on the dough.
4.Prepare icing by mixing cream cheese with dates and peanut butter together. (I added honey because I like sweets)
5 Give icing on bananas and put the cake in a refrigerator for 8 hours.
