Heya sweet P Pals,

It's FriYay 🀩😊 As you know, it doesn't fail to make me happy.

Now this week has been particularly challenging for me (and not just for me, from all the check ins, we are several Blender buddies in this). I started Monday saying I'll keep positivity going for a whole week. And trust me everyday that it rained on me, I have consciously tried to look for a rainbow rather than sigh at the wet socks in my boots. It hasn't been easy. But this week has been a very self-reflective one 😊 I'm also extremely grateful for this community and all Blenders who naturally support and care for each other. Merci πŸ€— You get it, we are in this together. Now let's go get some brownies, I know I will 🀭😏

Workouts: Day 12 LI R2, was two videos of strength-that-feels-cardio and pilates, loved them both. I also observed, I've improved a lot on dog down single leg lift 😎 With this I'm done 2 weeks and I was worried if I can't keep up 4 weeks! Loving this program 😊

What's up with you? What workouts? You know, any break or pause planned? Or if you need to tone down? (Go ahead do it, I say 🧐) And what's up with food? I'm going to have a relaxed glass of 🍷in the evening 🀭 and maybe 🧁πŸ₯§πŸ€­ Over to you, tell me about your day!!
