Pilates Alone

I have been working out with FB for a couple of years, I’ve done abs, Fb30, fb fit, fit 2, strong, blend and sweat. However I lost all motivation about 3 months ago and stopped working out. The last month I’ve been doing Pilates most days as it’s the only thing I can face doing. Will my body lose muscle and tone and gain fat? Or will Pilates be enough to stay in similar shape? I’m 5 ft 6 and 135lbs. Any advise would be appreciated.
