I was recently diagnosed with glaucoma and will be seeing a specialist next month. From the research I've done, you aren't supposed to do the yoga poses downward dog or pretty much any stretch or exercise where your head is below your heart. I've mainly just been skipping those, but in several cool downs you bend down and touch your toes, so I've just been trying to get a good hamstring stretch by bending to hip level. But I haven't found a way to alter downward dog and that's a really awesome stretch, any ideas?
