The Fundamental Challenge is Awesome! (And I'm Proud of Myself)

I just wanted to say how much I am loving the new challenge this month. I've been finding it hard to work out lately and so I started FB Strong since I love strength training. I also added the Fundamental challenge for those days that I don't have enough time or energy for a longer workout, or to add on to my day. The length of the videos are just perfect. It makes sure I really get some movement into my day. So far, I'm on day 3 and I think that all of the videos have gone into my favorites. Tomorrow's video is already one of my favorites.
Today I'm feeling really proud of myself since I did both workouts, Strong and Fundamental. I had a lower body workout for Strong and a balance workout for the Fundamental challenge so I did the latter first to make sure I get the most out of it.
Anyway, just wanted to thank K&D for this awesome challenge (and everything else) and to encourage all those who have Plus to try it out. It's really amazing!
