Adjust and swap a workout? Done! Get out of my comfort zone? Also done!
I'm doing FB Flex + FB Booty on the same day. I'm on the 5th day. My upper body is all okay but my hamstrings are still sore from the 3rd day workout. Reschedule? Or not?
I did a dancing cardio by DanceYourPoundsOff (Dwight Holt). I put my ankle weight (0,5 kg per leg) and thought that it would be easy because from what I saw... Well, it's mostly dynamic March in Place, High Knees, some Side Steps and Shallow Sumo Squats, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hx-9jPigfa0
I was so wrong!
I know that I'm sooo uncoordinated but I still wanted to move by doing a less intense workout. I think that it was indeed less intense than Kelli's workout. But man... it was fast-paced and I was giggling all the time during the cardio workout. I was like a drunken octopus (Sorry, I can't remember who said that. Storm? Ivett? Or someone else?)
Listen to my body then adjust and swap. Done!
Get out of my comfort zone. Done! I didn't really like what I was doing because of lack of coordination but I'm quite happy because I moved and needed some "daaang boum boum" noise.
Note: The guy's shoes gave me the impression that he's always on his tiptoes. Or is he really on Calf Raise position all the time?

Naaahh, I want to get everything done while still listening to my body. So, instead of doing Kelli's workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/butt-and-thigh-workout-with-fat-burning-hiit-cardio-legs-on-fire
