FB Fit Challenge Day 5 - Lower Body Strength & HIIT

I completed my workout for today it was a Pilates Abs, Butt, and Thigh Workout — Pilates Workout for Lower Body & Core with Kellie and Daniel and then, there was another workout that was just with Kellie and it was with weights. Even after I did the second workout my legs were feeling the burn, because I was struggling to get through the whole workout but I pushed myself through it. Because sometimes you just have to do that if you body can't make it all the way then take the breaks when you need then, and get back into the workout as quick as you can. My legs were shaking and burning really bad because of how hard the workout was and it was over an hour workout. It must have been the first workout that I have ever did where the whole workout was over an hour long and hopefully I won't have to do another hour long workout again. Because I don't think that my body could take doing another long workout like that, because I thought it was going to be easy on my lower body but it was not. So enough talk about that and moving on so I didn't have that much work to do for my classes for today and actually, I didn't have any work for my dance 1 class but I had only one thing to do for my other three classes. So I got lucky but tomorrow I think that there will be a lot of work to do from all of my classes but sometimes it's like that for certain days of the week. But I can manage to keep up with my home life and my school life and make sure to spend enough time with doing schoolwork and hanging out with my family,
