My Level Three Week

Hello all! I just finished a month of FB Plus workout challenges. I loved them! Most were like a short version of the longer, six-week programs. I'm sleeping well, and only a little sore each day!

For my recovery week, I decided to program a week (Mon-Fri) of level three workouts. Here's what I came up with:
