Hi, I'm in my 4th week of FB30 round 4 and my knees have started hurting during climbing stairs (my whole house is stairs.. really problematic for me..) - can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong during this program?
I really want to continue working out and was wondering if FB Low Impact that's now on sale really has good toning results???
I have a few kg to lose but I'm mostly looking to strengthen and tone my abs and lower body area.
Is the Low Impact program what I need or an abs program? I love HIIT but again - really worried about my knees.
What program to buy next?
