Today was my last day of FB Sweat! :) I really enjoyed this program--it was tough, challenging, and it made me sweat SO much. I actually ended up enjoying some of the HIIT workouts toward the end.
Didn't see a huge difference in body measurements, but I know that isn't the most important thing. I feel a lot more capable in my body and my mental health has also improved. I'm really happy with my PFT results after just 1 month:

1 mile run: 11:52 (stopping multiple times) -> 11:37 (stopping once!)
Squats: 73 (bodyweight) -> 35 (12lbs per hand) (I did the weighted version to save time!)
Pushups: 5 full, 18 half -> 6 full, 15 half
Full Plank: 45 seconds -> 55 seconds
Sit & Reach: -2.75 inches -> -1.5 inches (I'm pretty inflexible but improving!)
Now onto FB Blend! Looking forward to this program as I think it has a bit more weight lifting compared to Sweat.
