Mile: 8:45 to 9:05 (however due to the Garmin outage 8 weeks ago I had to estimate the distance and I think I skimmed a liitle off 😊 so roughly the same pace today)
Pushups: 15 to 20 full
Squats: 110 to 130 bodyweight
Plank: 1:06 to 1:30
Sit and Reach: 5 to 6 inches
Thank you so much Kelli and Daniel! This was a very challenging program and was totally worth the effort. I can feel the gains in so many ways, not just the numbers. Excited to jump into one of the 2 week programs on FB Plus, my bf has agreed to join me!
