I have recently had to cancel my gym membership. A friend recommended FB. I love the programs I’ve used so far, and I’m thinking of sticking with these and not going back to the gym. But there are so many programs. How do people choose which ones to do?
I am mindful though of a weak knee though so high intensity is usually out of the question
