Hi!I just completed FB Burn round 1 which I really enjoyed, but I only managed to lose 0.5 kg over one month...I did not follow any particular meal plan apart from 16:8 intermittent fasting over the last 2 weeks, so this is maybe why..Now I plan to start a proper diet and I just did not know what to choose...I am between FB Burn round 2, Sweat, and Fit..what would be the best?
