HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 17th

Good morning Blender friends! I hope the day finds you well. Today's thought is a simple one :

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”

This thought fits well with our Fitness Blender approach, where we mix up our training styles to keep challenging ourselves. But you can keep moving by learning, by teaching, by creating... pretty much anything that keeps you engaged and active!

I felt pretty good about moving about yesterday (well, my muscles are sore, but it's a good sore)! I took a few nice photos to share with you all, and I promise to put those up later today. For now, I am going to get to my workouts! Today, LIR2 gives me a choice, and I am choosing this cardio kickboxing with D, one of my favorites:
