Understanding reps for ladies to strengthen/tone not mass
Hi everyone,
I am relatively new, hope to get some clarifications. I am doing the FB Fit 2 program and some strength training from Daniel he says he is doing 10 reps for mass for strength to do a couple reps more, but then sometimes in the videos with Kelli, or with Kelli and Daniel, they do just 8 reps.
I feel I am prone to building muscles and my arms and thighs looking larger than others, what is the right way to be lean and tone and build strength with reps? Should I do more reps with a lighter weight? or do more reps with as heavy as I can lift? is 8-10 for mass and 10 -14 for strength and tone?
