I may have hit tricep and back day a little TOO hard, lol

No worries, no injuries here. Thought I'd clear that up, given the title. No, actually this is about me pushing my poor triceps to the utter maximum and having DOMS for literally three days after.

That's right. Three. I guess that's what happens when you don't lift as heavy as possible for a while and then decide to really beat up your arms for growth. What did I do that caused this sort of recovery period you ask?

Tricep extensions with 30lb dumbbells

Push ups to failure

Pullovers with 30lb dumbbells

backrows with 30lb dumbbells

tricep straight arm pulldowns with a 30lb resistance band

Resistance band facepulls

That was it. 3-4 sets, 6-7 reps. I really cooked em. Can't wait to see how much stronger I am next time.
