Hey everyone, happy Friday, but this isn't necessarily a happy day. Please take a moment in the comments to honor all those heroes and thousands of people who died 19 years ago today... just imagine this and comment what your answers are.... imagine you're there, in New York City, and you're called out of work because it's not safe, get as far away from the world trade center as possible, get your children out of school, grab your valuables, it's. not. safe. what is going on through your mind? Are my children safe? what's happening? What would be going on through YOUR mind? My father was there, he was a firefighter and was in all the action. He was one of the ones who went to the very top of the first building right when the plane hit. He saw the plane, all the passengers and has never forgot it. He had tried to save a woman who was still alive, he was holding her in his arms, but he could not go down the stairs, as they were on fire, so guess what he did? He jumped. From the very TOP of the world trade center building with the woman in his arms. And guess what? He survived. They had managed to save him with a soft landing, but the woman did not survive. She had fallen out of his arms midway down and died. And thankfully, my father is still here today, for I wouldn't be here right now.
