First up, while I tried to come up with the best of words to express my gratitude for the FB family, all the support and love I (and everyone and anyone receives) receive here, I found no words that would suffice or do justice to what I feel. So, as normal as it may sound, I'd like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart 💜 Also, this is indeed a safe place to discuss and share vulnerabilities, lucky to have found it.
Man, okay I'm shifting gears now, writing stuff like that gets me like 😮 That said, guess what, someone got to use the new Powerblocks for the first time 😍😍 Well hmm, I was lagging behind Kelli because I wasn't able to change as quickly 🧐 It sorta felt like divine intervention, because Day 8 Strong challenge, I had a descending reps workout scheduled for me 😎 I tested myself with slightly heavy weights...and ahem you know the result = meme = me + me 😆🧐🤔
Oooo and yeah I'm going to have hot/cold chocolate later in the evening 😍 I bought a fresh outta-oven-can-still-feel-oven's-warmth kinda baguette and had it with sea salt butter 😍😍 Man, I'm already super content today 🤭
