Daily Check-in: Monday, September 7th

Hello my beautiful FB Family! How was your weekend? I hope it was easy on you and sorry if it wasn't.. For me, busy as usual, but now I'm ready for the different busy that Monday brings.

Or maybe not too much as it is Labor day Holiday for those of us in the USA. So, Happy Labor Day! If you happened to get an extended weekend from the holiday, good for you! Labor day is (or to me it is) that little start to say goodbye to summer. Although the heat hanging on says otherwise.

Anyway, so what's Green And Gold and found on the ground all over? I'll go ahead and give out the answer with today's picture. You're looking at a Green And Gold. Or given how the flower looks, a Golden Star. Their flowers have a long blooming period, so not only can you look up for stars, but down as well. Options and choices, people. Options and choices.

Just like in how we workout. We've got those cozy choices and options, from pilates to strength; including doing a few star jumps just to bring the stars to every plane. That's what being a blender is all about. A varied training style to help keep the body from falling into patterns and getting bored.. speaking of bored, I'm on day something of the bored easily program. It's an upper body day and I haven't done this workout before! But where are my program peeps at? Give me a chirp and let me know how it's going so far!

And as far as for fueling yourself today, what will that look like? I think I will be starting the week with another grill day. We've been having quite a few of those lately, but I think today will be perfect for some burgers and possibly (more than likely) an adult beverage. Given it doesn't rain. It might. Which I wouldn't be mad about. Might affect grill plans, but the beverage stays.

Alright. So that's what's up with me; do tell what your day holds. Just remember not to put to much weight on the day. We all have our variable limits, including the days.
