I did the hour long pilates video with Kelli and Daniel 2 days ago, I got through the whole thing, felt good and proud. Today I woke up extremely sore and limping, my hip/butt on one side is really hurting. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do for it? Should I keep working out? I was planning on doing hiit/lower body today
