Brand new person. Which workout routine is best for starting out.

I’m new to this community.
I would like to know which workout I can choose which will yield the highest chances of success for me completing the whole program.
The idea is to use this as a habit forming tool. After completing the program I can then select a more challenging program that aligns with my fitness goals.
Right now however I have zero workout habits and I need to start with something that won’t discourage the habit from solidifying.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have a moderately active job (40-45 hours a week) and 3 consecutive days off.
