Hi all! I’ve been working out with FB since August and I’ve gone through FB30, FB30 Round 3, FB Booty, and 1/2 of FB Fit Round 3 (I couldn’t manage the time commitment). This summer I want to start a 3 days/wk running program (I’ve never been a runner but I’d like to be 😂) and I’m trying to decide how to still keep up my strength & ability to do HIIT (my favorites!) without having to commit to an hour or more a day. I know about FBXT, but I’m just wondering if anyone else makes their own program up or how you combine with running... any input is much appreciated! Thank you!
