I am back from an ankle injury and ready to commit finally to a new program. Its been 2 months and it still hurts sometimes, but it is probably as good as it is going to get. I want to make sure I am in great shape to hike Mt. Washington in NH in just over a month. I also wouldn't mind losing 3 to 5 pounds.
What is FB Blend like? I love FB Burn... is it similar? Too similar? What is your favorite program?
