So yes, today is the day, FriYay it is 😊 I love Friday evenings, even when I'm not doing anything, especially when I'm not doing anything 😏
So I woke up super fatigued with bodyache (wait is it soreness or 🤔, guess we'll never know). Day 5 Strong Challenge was lower body workout, one great thing about the video was Loki's special cameo at the end 🥰 I mean if one day you guys decide to gift me a fur baby, I wouldn't mind honestly 🤭😁 (seriously start planning, no? 😎) Anyhow, being a pure strength routine with 3 sets, those Deadlifts got me like 😮😖 Now I am not sure I did them right or if I'm unhinged at my waist and walking in two parts 🤣 (man, I scared myself there 👻)
So what's up with you guys? What workouts? Disintegrated into sweat pearls yet or jelly hand/feet? (boy, I gotta stop this! 🧐)
