Just a day to weekend now! Yay! (Not that I have tons of stuff planned for weekend, I can be a relaxed potato peacefully 😎)
I feel much better today and managed to get my Day 4 Strong challenge, upper body workout with D. Boy, do I feel strong now, just gotta punch something/someone to check my gains 😈 (or not 🤭)
Now if you be thinking, what's with the reminder 🤔 then today's P Pals post is dedicated to all of us, who are struggling, facing uncertainties, feeling low, experiencing empty homes, many firsts...and yet showing up for ourselves, getting those workouts done, and taking care of ourselves. Phew, man writing that got me like 😮 Anyway, the meme is a reminder, just as Kelli says, no matter how much To-do there is, during your workout they can't be done, so best to let it all be and be in the moment. Well, I hear you, I hear you. There IS an exception, FOOD 😍. Ahem, if you haven't thought about food while working out, are you even doing it right? 🤔😁 (If you're still wondering, that answer is NO 🧐 it's non-negotiable!)
So here's to us, to this FB family. We're in this together, and we got this! 🥰
