I hope this half way day find you in some kind of way that is going positive. Or that the positives can outshine any negatives thrown at you.
And hopefully this wildflower is positively a positive. These are Mistflowers. They sort of have a fuzzy look about them. I found these in the local ditches, so yeah, these flowers are totally ditchin'
Now let's get to devouring those workouts! Total body strength is on the Bored Easily menu and it looks kinda yummy. Hopefully it sits well. Usually when it comes to total body strength, I'm limited by the amount my arms can lift on the compound moves.. but what is cooking with you? Get those muscles roasting and served well done! Or slow cook them with something soft or a walk; whatever feels good to you!
And what nutrish and delish foods are you sure to find during the waking hours? For me, there's some cauliflower to use up, so that's as far as I got with planning. Whether it is a meal or side dish is yet to be determined. Planning has to start somewhere.
Now alls we gotta do is have ourselves a good day. Or muddle through the best we can. Tomorrow is always another story.
