Daily Check-in: Tuesday, September 1st

Welcome to September.

For the South Hemis in the house, welcome to Spring. Us Northys will be Falling later this month. Now if only the weather would act in a timely fashion.

And for those of us who know Nana H here, welcome to her birthday! I hope you are having a nice and special day, Nana!

Anyway, let's get to the workouts! What are you getting to or have done? I'll be tackling day 11 of the BE program and it is a little kickboxing routine. Good for the brain and good for the muscles. So I'm ready to go!

And always ready for the food as well! So what will that be looking like today? I got a new instant pot the other week, so I'm going to be trying lots of things in that. I want to up my recipe game and cook other things in there besides the usual rice, beans and veggies. I've already made some hardboiled eggs that were delicious! ..That's not a recipe, but sure made a great snack!

Now before the hopes of a good day is thrown at you, given it is Tuesday; we should make the pic a two for Tuesday feature with a pair of pears.

Pear with me guys; I've been waiting to use that fun little line and now it's ripe and ready. ..Hm, maybe I'll put lemons on them tomorrow.^^
