HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 1st

Good Tuesday morning everyone! Can someone please tell me where August went? That month went by so fast, it was just a blur.

As we turn to September and Autumn coming up, here’s a “seasonal” thought of sorts:

“Fall shows us how beautiful it is when you let things go.”

Summer is my favourite month (despite extreme heat and humidity), followed closely by Fall and all its glorious colours. Nature has a way to wow us time and time again, and to teach us that you change is part of life, sometimes you just have to roll with it.

Are you someone who can let things go? Letting go of anger, letting go of an argument with someone, or letting go as in going with the flow, not worrying about life.

I must admit that I am a worrier and a planner, so letting loose is difficult for me. The fact that I didn’t plan every single last detail of our vacation this Summer was surprising to me and it felt freeing. But I am also someone who doesn’t hold on to grudges, who after processing it, can let go of anger and other negative thoughts. I really believe that it’s much better for yourself to let things go, in every way.

Now onto working out, also another good thing you can do for yourself. Did I mention just how much I love kickboxing? But my shoulders are super sore, so I will move things around and probably do the optional 6th day recovery workout today. What’s in the plans for you today?
