Ahem, for me, it was trying to be "in the moment" ππ€ Can't say I succeeded or no π It was Day 13 of Kickboxing Challenge, meaning the last day (π) and finished it in style with a stretching routine. Well, super excited to check the program complete as well π This KB challenge managed to kick my butt, but hey I sure did finish it πͺππ΄
From end March this year I've done Strong (π), Blend (π), Abs 2 (π₯°) and Sweat (π±), KB challenge (π), Kelli-Belly community challenge (π₯³) and Pulse community challenge (π»). Not sure what I'll do next, but I'm enjoying the ride βΊπ
