Fit R2 done, and my first FB program. PFT results in.
5 July and 27 August
1km: 5.32min / 5.09min
Pushups: 18 half / 6 full, 14 half
Squats (goblet): 150 with 5kg / 64 with 10kg
Static plank (elbows): 2.40min / 3.04min
Siit & reach: -14.5cm / 14.0cm
I don't want to weigh myself, but relying on my tape measure - a couple of cms off bust, thighs and buttocks (I'm Australian and struggle with the word booty :)). Waist and hips are constant, but looking at the pics more toned through my abs. And gone down 1 1/2 sizes in my favourite jeans.
Now to decide what's next, but really enjoyed the challenge and discipline of having a program to stick to (so ticked off all the ECCs and did a lot more stretching,which I begin to enjoy once I am really forced to) and really only one cardio day I did not like, plus a mix of new found favourites.
Planning to repeat starting in another few weeks ...
