I am new to working out and am very heavy...about 290 now. I started a low impact routine and I've been eating healthy. Started at 315. I enjoy strength training quite a lot. So I'm asking, if after this program is done in a week I switch to the strength workout....will I continue to drop weight like this? Should I stick with this routine?
